As a member of Agrarmarketing Tirol, we are proud to be part of the "Bewusst Tirol" project. At the gala on September 14th, 2023 in Innsbruck, 237 restaurants and hotels that are committed to the use of regional food were honored. With our honest craftsmanship and innovative ideas, we also focus on quality and a minimal ecological footprint.
The co-operation between agriculture and tourism is promoted by "Bewusst Tirol". For us, regionality means not only high-quality food, but also an intact natural environment, short transportation ways and a close connection to our homeland. We and "Bewusst Tirol" are committed to mandatory labeling of products' origin in order to create transparency for our guests and support local farming.
