Kasermandl in Gold 2007
The "Kasermandl in Gold" award is for cheese and dairy produce.
The competition is intended to give even small-scale producers a way of having their produce objectively compared. There are prizes in the categories of Cream Cheese, Soft Cheese, Semi-Hard Cheese, Hard Cheese, Other (for example, cream cheese preparations) and Fermented Milk Produce (yoghurt, fruit yoghurt, sour milk, sour cream, yoghurt drinks, whey drinks etc.) - all subdivided into produce from cow's milk, sheep's, goat's or mixed milk. Butter, milk and blended milk drinks are also assessed.
In 2007, the Green Spa Resort Stanglwirt won the "Kasermandl in Gold" prize.
