Advance payment

Dear guests!

We would like to kindly inform you that there will be changes to the booking conditions for room reservations in the future.
With immediate effect, we will charge an advance payment for every room booking in order to confirm a booking. This is for mutual security and to guarantee the booking.

The prepayment conditions for online bookings, telephone reservations or bookings by e-mail will be shown in your written booking confirmation. You can then make the advance payment conveniently and easily as usual via a payment link or by bank transfer. If you have any questions about your booking, our competent reservation team will be happy to help you at any time.

However, we ask for your understanding that the booking can only be confirmed once the prepayment amount has been transferred on time.
