In 2024, we can once again look forward to being recognized as a Top Employer by RollingPin. We had to go through an intensive process to be selected as a "Top Employer": First, Rolling Pin determined those criteria that characterize a top employer in the course of a large-scale survey of employees in the restaurant and hotel industry. The information from over 11,000 participants was then compared by Rolling Pin with the results of a complex audit of 31 restaurants and hotels. This resulted in the awards for the individual businesses depending on the results, which are therefore truly meaningful.

On May 22, 2023, we received the award in person for the first time at the Rolling Pin Convention in Graz. The second award ceremony followed the following year - in May 2024 - again in Graz. We were able to meet many potential new team members there as part of the career lounge and are delighted about the addition to the Stanglwirt team. We were one of two companies in Tyrol to be recognized as a "TOP Employer" and are delighted to be part of this select group again this year.

We are delighted to have been recognized as a "Top Employer" again in 2024 and look to the future with great confidence and motivation!
