In 2015, Ecoalf embarked on an ambitious project through its own foundation and with the support of the HAP foundation: Upcycling the Oceans is a global adventure that, thanks to the support of the fishing industry, has helped to recover marine waste from the ocean floor.

The revolutionary project aims for worldwide recognition and its objective is to gather the waste that is destroying the oceans and transform it into high-quality yarn to make articles of clothing.
